As a graduate in Physical Education, a specialist in Special Groups and also a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I am highly qualified to create personalized exercise programs, especially aimed at seniors. My mission is to help seniors gain more strength, improve balance and posture, increase endurance and promote overall health, providing an active and independent life with safety and quality.
